Tribel Advisory is a national advice firm operating out of eight office locations, formed following management buyout of Aon Hewitt Financial Advice business.Led Operations and Client Services team to deliver a high level of support to Tribel's clients and advisers. Managed business operations and process improvement. Led review of technology and implementing of field management software to streamline allocation of jobs and invoicing.

Led the development of a digital strategy document for advisers to record the basis for strategy and product recommendations as part of the Future Advice Model (FAM) business transformation initiative for CBA's financial advice network.

Completed ongoing due diligence on funds approved for use by HSBC financial planners. Presented new funds for approval at HSBC Australia, HSBC Asia Pacific and HSBC Group (UK) risk committees.Led due diligence process to approve use of Mercer fund research, and responsible for working with key stakeholders from HSBC Asia Pacific and HSBC Group (UK) to streamline product assessment and approval processes for HSBC Australia.
