• Complete financial reporting, including income and consolidated statements, balance sheet, cash flow and other reports for Takeda Boston (TBOS), Takeda Pharmaceuticals International - Deerfield (TPI-D) and Takeda.

• Ensure J-SOX compliance by working with external auditors to conduct interviews, document process flows, identify key controls and perform tests of controls
• Coordinate activities related to J-SOX with TPC, TPUSA, third party J-SOX consultants and the external auditor
