- Assist in Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning - Vulnerability Remediation and Threat Mitigation- Enhance and enrich vulnerability detection tools with contextual information- Publish actionable vulnerability data for business and technology management- Developed Proprietary Intake & Assessment Tool- Utilize Qualys for Vulnerability Analysis- Provide SLA to Remediation Team

Responsible for overall balanced performance of branch with emphasis on consumer and small business lending, deposit acquisition and non-interest income generation. Proactively initiate, develop and manage long-term, profitable relationships with consumer and small business clients. Deliver superior quality service in-person or by phone such that client needs are met on a consistent, positive basis. Provide general supervision of branch with focus on the branch's sales efforts.

• Develop Dynamic 5 star internal education curriculum around data protection initiative• Monitor, Update, and Report on US Bank Key Risk Indicators• ITIL based project atmosphere• Detailed internal system knowledge including access parameters through multiple systems, data throughput, and employee risk points• Develop internal marketing program to keep enterprise staff informed of new techniques• Develop Insider Threat Mitigation Program• Partner with Chief Risk Officers to Develop Active Remediation Plans throughout Enterprise• Actively develop dynamic onboarding program for Information Security Personnel

I am responsible for the employee engagement, and development of my branch. I utilize my management experience, and personality to quickly develop rapport with my staff, and help them acheive their dreams from a personal, and professional level through consistant coaching, and a positive outlook. I have currently had 15 employees promoted from under me including every position at the branch level.I oversee the revenue generation for our center as well. Ensuring that we are hitting our quarterly revenue targets while keeping a broad scope of control over how our team generates those results from a consumer, and business solutions perspective. We offer all products ranging from personal checking accounts, to cash management solutions for business owners.I ensure that our location holds a strong service experience with every customer. We do so by adding value to your interactions inside, and outside of the branch, and just as importantly through community outreach programs.Finally, I oversee the operational effectiveness of our location ensuring that all bank, federal, and state requirements are met in a timely, and efficient fashion.
