Jointly responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and policy, program initiatives, and financial vehicles to accomplish corporate mission, resulting in increase in Net Position from $234.5MM to $513.5MM during my tenure. Led Utah Housing's transition from a tax-exempt bond financed mortgage model to a more traditional mortgage banking model utilizing the secondary market and tax-exempt financing, increasing annual loan purchases from $260MM to over $1BB.

Working with developers, investors, and affordable housing advocates, developed the annual qualified allocation plan for low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and managed the allocation of credits and associated compliance efforts of 300+ project LIHTC portfolio. Also worked with developers and their financial advisers and bond counsel on the structuring and subsequent issuance of tax-exempt multifamily bonds and associated 4% LIHTC to fund affordable housing projects.
