Jonathan leads UX Strategy at Capgemini’s User Experience Team and leads Capgemini’s global UX Community and annual UX Conference.Jonathan was Chair of Edmundsbury Tenants & Residents Association 2014-2018 and Founder & Chair of the Lambeth Network – support network for Tenants & Resident Associations 2015-2018. He was awarded Lambeth Resident of the Year in 2015 and Food Growing Project of the Year in 2016 for community gardens in Brixton, runner up in Innovation. He chaired Clapham Area Housing Forum 2016-2018.Jonathan Harbourne established the London 2018 project – the bid to host the Gay Games in London. Jonathan founded the London Raiders softball club, now the largest softball club in the world, in 1999 when he moved to London, and more recently, the London Gay Bikers (motorcycle) club on Facebook. He founded the LGBT History Project (UK) in May 2011, which was archived at the British Library in October 2012 and has delivered over 22 million page views. He was awarded the Points of Light award by the then prime minister Theresa May in 2019.Jonathan was art director at Chronos Publishing, who published Pink Paper and Boyz, from 1994-1996, and he personally published The Back Pocket Guide to London.From 2000-2013 Jonathan volunteered for charity GMFA in their training groups including “Basic Skills Facilitation” course for new facilitators. Jonathan sat on the committee for West End Cares for two years, rebranding it from West End Cares to TheatreCares (now Theatre MAD, part of The Make a Difference Trust). Jonathan was a keynote speaker at the HMRC’s LGB and Trans annual conference at Biz, Whitehall in May 2010. Jonathan was a trustee of The London Chorus, and its marketing director from 2010-2012. He co-founded the Network of Networks (tNoN) LGBT chapter. He currently sings in ‘Oddsong’, and is a volunteer at FACT sailing school.Jonathan is a studio and stock photographer, with photographs on sale at Getty Images and Alamy.Jonathan holds a Masters of Science in Human-Computer Interaction Design, BSc (Hons) in Psychology, from Open University, a Life Coach certificate, is a certified health worker, a diploma in Life Science and certificate in Social Science.
