• Drove the implementation of buying to forecast for the Vicksburg Facility by setting parameters and performing analytics to determine optimum purchasing strategy.
• Developed and implemented buyer scorecards to standardize department metrics and ensured the Purchasing team standard work was aligned to those metrics.
