I learned how to help students with their homework assignments and with writing papers, so I learned how to give constructive and helpful feedback while also becoming a better writer/student myself.

With this job, I learned how to be open and welcoming towards people, be patient with difficult customers, and even handling confrontation. I also learned how to work in a fast-paced environment while still doing my job and doing it well.
