Selling or buying a home is always part of a bigger story, and my job is to be an expert advisor, and to help people navigate the process with clear, open and thorough communication at all stages, beyond simply listing and selling the property. We work closely with vendors to prepare their property for sale, sometimes up to six months before it goes to market. This includes providing advice in relation to any maintenance that may be required, setting up the campaign, finding the right buyer, and managing the post-sales process through to settlement.
