Mature projects through the opportunity funnel to DG3 and prepare work packages for the execution engineers to execute. Work closely with the subsea asset teams to identify potential well productivity/integrity issues early and create "shelf ready" jobs to be pulled at specific well trigger points. Investigate new technologies and bring them into Shell's business to help optimize the intervention operations and decrease well intervention costs.

Plug And Abandonment Engineer

Was temporarily moved to Brazil to bring my GoM abandonment expertise to the Bijupira and Salema P&A project. Created programs and executed operations on high-risk integrity compromised wells to enable FPSO sail away in 2023. Wells are completed in ultra deepwater (>9,000') using a drillship so have a firm understanding of operations at this depth.
