Engaged with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to build data strategy from the ground up.This involved collaborating with a newly established leadership team, facilitating onboarding to available data and expand to new information while understanding company initiatives near and long term.I also teamed up with data engineers to streamline the development processes for custom ETLs and pipelines.

Surfaced actionable insights from in-depth analyses, developed metrics for internal decision makers to track, and created advanced self-service tools for independent exploration across various technology and business verticals of a rapid growth start up. Also leveraged data to provide recommendations for the engineering organization, working closely with platform architects to identify performance issues, wrangling data from disparate data sources to scope impact, and developing algorithms to resolve the surfaced concerns. We also tracked the impact our algorithms make to demonstrate impact and identify opportunity for improvement. Led hiring for four co-ops, onboarding and leading projects for these students.

- Created an advanced, self-service dashboard (Tableau) for the Customer Success team to perform in-depth analyses on clients’ performance in Unqork’s training programs, mitigating the team’s reliance on the Platform Analytics team for ad hoc work- Brainstormed, outlined, and implemented a query review process for the Analytics team to ensure consistency in team-wide data interpretation, enforce best practices and optimization in deployed Snowflake queries, and increase internal collaboration

Performed data analysis on clients' applications created in Unqork's "No-Code" software to assist in platform strategy and key decisions. The Analytics team identifies points of interest for cross-functional teams to help the product leaders improve platform functionality and expand usability.

Developed industry-leading research on hedge fund positioning and performance by evaluating large amounts of client data that captured global equity trading activity. Analyzed hedge fund exposures amidst volatile market conditions during the onset of COVID-19.

Analyzed big data sets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to build and maintain cross-functional dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses. Within the Analytics & Insights team, I supported the Operations (shipping offerings) and Home Services (warranty, household services) related verticals. Specifically, my analyses related to Home Services were used to educate A/B testing strategies.

- Improved Machine Vision programs to inspect dimensions and verify laser-etched, 2D barcodes for several product families, furthering validation process of new laser marker- Completed Process Verification Reports for 3 product families to allow for production on new swiss lathe- Validated and efficiently allocated advanced barcode scanners for production and packaging use- Assisted in resolving production-slowing or halting problems, while presenting ideas for future prevention and improvement, and adhering to strict FDA and corporate regulatory controls
