I was invited to Dyson world HQ to re-launch the Dyson Professional (B2B) Internal Sales Team, and evolve it from the previous Telesales teams that were in place, to a new multi-levelled and multi-approach office based Sales Team. We provide a split focus of providing quality sales leads and meetings to our field based Business Development Team, whilst also securing sales direct if the customer does not require a meeting or demonstration prior to being ready to purchase.In the last 8 months I have delivered over 500% growth in sales from pre-existing volumes.Since taking charge and relaunching the team, I have opened up a number of new lead generation channels as follows:Opening up our webpage Live Chat to our hand dryers page. In the brief time I was in the role from April to August 2015, I was number 1 in the company for new accounts opened in April, May, June, and August. And number 2 in July. I opened up 42 new trading accounts in 5 months, which was an average of just over 2 accounts per week.
