Creator of a new IP management system that maintains all of the inventions, patents, agreements and related finances for OSU. Built an advanced reporting tool that’s both flexible and easy to use and well as a very flexible security module. Helped optimize DB queries to be much more performant, used third-party tools like Xpdf and Ghostscript and coded an OCR solution in Node.js. Also managed a few student interns and utilized the following third-party APIs: OSU’s PeopleSoft HR and finance system APIs, USPTO and EPO patent APIs, DocuSign API and the US government’s SBIR/STTR and iEdison APIs.
