Management of the >£3Bn scope of Government furnished supply (including equipment, information and resource) into the Dreadnought Submarine Build Programme as head of the Dreadnought Supply and Support Team’s (DSST) Government Furnished Project Management, Asset Management and Supply Chain Management functions. Worked closely with the US Government and UK and US industry to define requirements, secure contracts and monitor and control supplier performance. Co-chair of the UK-US Dreadnought steering group. DSST Management Board champion for organisational change and lead for the stand-up of DSST from initial to full operating capability including implementation and refinement of organisational design and the cultural change required for the transition to the Dreadnought Alliance operating model.
