• Responsible for US/CAN FX Team, which coordinates currently all US FX Management, Hedging activity, Cash Applications, Risk Advisory and M&A Activities • Responsible for US/CAN Cash Banking Team, which coordinates all Bank Account Administration, High Risk Payment Activities, BAA and RIC/Audit Activities• Responsible for US/CAN coordination and execution on trades of all FX hedging instruments (Forwards, Embedded Derivatives, Swaps) and processing with US Back-office Cluster Treasury in Germany• Manage FX risk regarding balances in foreign currency accounts (Intercompany and Bank accounts)• Support Sales / Project Teams to identify risk within Currency Clauses. Coordinate if necessary, with Cluster or In-house Treasury regarding Currency Clauses. Actively request regular updates regarding FX risk from Project / Product Managers• Request Offer Calculation Rates for Sales, Managers, include Cluster Treasury if advisory is needed regarding contingent FX risk• Responsible for reporting monthly FX Contingency, Embedded Derivatives and FX Update reports • Responsible for providing reporting updates on US Cash Banking, FX positions. This includes responsibility for pre-merger debt models, FX Exposure reporting, Daily Cash Reporting of bank accounts and maintenance of bank account signatories• Responsible for Bank Account Attestation quarterly process and Monitoring of Outgoing Payments reporting. Support Cash and Banking teams on specific accounting controls • Responsible for all Banking Platform administration including Finavigate (ERP System)• Maintained and Reported pre-merger $1.1 Billion Credit Facility and Senior Subordinated Debt exposure. • Responsible for all Outside Audit compliance within pre-merger Treasury Group as well as year end audits.• Responsible for US/CAN FX & Cash/Banking and Trade Finance (GUA) Workstreams which are coordinating carve-out / spin off activities as well as Carve Out for US Treasury from Siemens Corporation
