This includes responsibility for pre-merger debt models, FX Exposure reporting, Daily Cash Reporting of bank accounts and maintenance of bank account signatories• Responsible for Bank Account Attestation quarterly process and Monitoring of Outgoing Payments reporting. Support Cash and Banking teams on specific accounting controls • Responsible for all Banking Platform administration including Finavigate (ERP System)• Maintained and Reported pre-merger $1.1 Billion Credit Facility and Senior Subordinated Debt exposure. • Responsible for all Outside Audit compliance within pre-merger Treasury Group as well as year end audits.• Responsible for US/CAN FX & Cash/Banking and Trade Finance (GUA) Workstreams which are coordinating carve-out / spin off activities as well as Carve Out for US Treasury from Siemens Corporation
