Based in Nashville, he represents a variety of private and institutional clients throughout Tennessee and Kentucky with the goal of maximizing the value of his clients’ assets for optimal return.Mr. Hawks joined Franklin Street in 2022, bringing over 10 years of investment sales experience. Throughout his career, he has completed sales totaling over $1 billion in transaction value and has become known as a leading multifamily agent in the Southeast. Before joining Franklin Street, he worked with Capstone Apartment Partners, where he served as a multifamily investment sales advisor in the Greater Nashville area. Prior to that, he specialized in office and industrial investment sales with Marcus Millichap in Cincinnati, Ohio.Serving as a trusted partner to his clients, Mr. Hawks has expertly arranged the disposition and acquisition of virtually all multifamily property types, including LIHTC, student housing, value-add and luxury Class A communities. He is well-qualified to advise his clients on the highest yield strategies, from single investor properties to large multi-market portfolios.As a founding member of Franklin Street’s Nashville office, Mr. Hawks is keenly focused on growing his team, while collaborating with the firm’s national investment sales, capital advisory and insurance professionals to provide full-service solutions.Outside of the office, Mr. Hawks enjoys supporting University of Georgia sports teams, volunteering in his community, enjoying the outdoors, playing golf and exploring all the Nashville area has to offer.
