As an architect I served to drive revenue by bridging the gap between the business unit and engineering through the acquisition and retention of large named customer accounts. This included management of the roadmap for products and solutions along with the associated requirements of the customer that drove revenue and meet the strategic objectives of the business line. The product manager was also accountable for financial performance, planning, and development of the product line, as well as execution of accompanying marketing strategies.

Subject matter expert within the organization with regards to core technologies and customer applications. Provided architectural guidance to vertical business units on how to implement specific solutions. Responsible for working with sales, marketing and engineering to leverage years of personal customer interactions to apply existing knowledge to new work across each of the various businesses. Provided support to fledgling Foodservice vertical by managing customer and partner facing activities.

Managed Synapse’s customer support infrastructure. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers and partners, implementation of a phone/email customer support system, and development of an online customer support infrastructure. The position is also tasked with the long term goal of developing a new work flow and integrating information gleaned from support session into a new sales CRM system. Also served as lead FAE during this time.
