Create content for and manage Social Media pages across the company. Coordinate with local entities to provide geographically specific educational opportunities for cities, counties, the state and region. Work with state and national health agencies to present materials. Serve as BCBSWY representative to the national Social Media council which included both the intake of information and product from the national level as well as reports and presentation of data regarding progress within BCBSWY

Worked directly under management in various departments in order to learn the operation of the company as a whole through the work each department does. Time was spent primarily in the education of systems, people, and processes by which the company operates, as well as learning the communal nature of the business as a whole. Established connections and rapport with individuals throughout the company to carryover into my placement into a management role.
