I have worked for the last ten years in the home care industry with the autistic community. I work with several adults in the autistic community; helping them complete daily routines, life skills, and fulfilling community integration. Through this job, I've learned to be goal oriented, how to be patient under stressful situations, and how to triage one-off crises that arise. Within the last year I began working for a start up company as a customer service representative. Used the skills I learned from my previous job to help and empathize with my business' customers. I also began meetings between my team and a separate team in my company to improve customer satisfaction. During these meetings we discuss ways to improve our team performance together and how to support our customers more effectively. I also work with serval teams to learn data collection and familiar with google sheets. Other than my work experience I am also very comfortable with technology / computers. I love new challenges and am open to learning new skills.
