• Lead the Drill and Blast Operational Excellent program developing projects worth $4 million in savings per year to the mine

• Created preliminary designs prior to Manefay failure to communicate risk to management
• Designed all slope mitigations, access points, and remote equipment approaches after Manefay failure that reduce head scarp remediation by four months
• Re-designed ore sectors in lower pit to balance Manefay waste removal with ore extraction to secure a steady cash flow during remediation for 2013 and 2014
