I’m a professional storyteller. For the last six years, I’ve been director of strategic communication in PR agencies. This, added to my 18 years of experience as a journalist, allows me to partner with clients to build heart-full and engaging stories.Today, I'm the lead trainer at ETC, the only comms firm specialized in comms trainings (media training, crisis, digital spokesperson, among others) and strategic communication (media relations, PR, crisis management, social media storytelling). Besides, I'm full-time supporting Spinto, one of the best communication agencies in the country, as a senior consultant, supporting Spinto's top clients in strategic comms and content.Before that, I was in charge of GCI Worldwide Mexico (sister agency of BCW), where I led a team of strategic communication professionals, with experience in sectors from Technology (B2B and B2C), to Pharmaceutical, Logistics, and Consumer Brands. I was in charge of new business growth, P&L, and staff development. As SVP at BCW Mexico, I supported the new business generation, marketing, and organizational culture teams. Also, I was coordinating the regional Influencer Marketing strategies for Colgate-Palmolive. And also, I lead PR and comms campaigns and strategies for clients such as Adecco, Alcatel, Astra-Zeneca, Axtel, Capgemini, GM, Intel, Italika, ITESM, Lexmark, Mapfre, MBE, Microsoft, NEC, Roche, Oracle, Postmates, Sony, and USG. My career comes for over 18 years as a journalist. This, within my role in BCW, has provided clients the consultancy required to turn them into real storytellers, and so that their stories become known, amplified, and finally, a trend. Before, I was director of the Technology and Innovation Practice at Burson-Marsteller Mexico, a position in which I managed to grow the sales of the practice in two digits during the first two years.
