Snow City Arts provides one-on-one instruction in the visual arts, creative writing, music, theater, and film making to patients at four Chicago-area hospitals. In charge of all development-related activities including individual giving, grant writing, major gifts, and high-level donor stewardship. Also in charge of all print, web, and social media based communications.

Worked as a member of a five person development department for local social service organization dedicated to relieving hunger, homelessness and building job skills in Chicago. Duties included writing individual appeals, stewardship of monthly giving program, assistance with event management and coordination of volunteer program.

Managing Director at the premiere musical theatre producing company in the city of Chicago. Duties performed include planning of full-scale theatrical seasons, budget formation and management, fundraising, board relations, event management, and payroll and benefit processing.

Started my own company to do non-profit project management, concentrating specifically on performing arts groups with capital campaigns and expansion to new facilities.

Coordinated all production-related activities for theatre, and was integral member of project team to move company to new facility in 2006. Helped produce more than 60 world or regional premiere productions, along with managing facilities for itinerant companies producing as well.
