Duties:- Responsible for overseeing second shift plant production partners and processes.- Ensure routes are properly loaded and ready for next day delivery.- Ensure that all second shift production partners stay on focus and complete tasks assigned all while maintaining a safe working environment.- Coach and Council Partners on Personal Performance, including “Perfectly Loaded Truck” (PLT) scores and Safety (CSOP) monthly assessments.- Perform random route audits to document dirty/clean product returns in order to help control plant materials cost, ensuring the same amount of product loaded, is returned.- Monitor Overtime, to control and eliminate, wherever possible.- Complete any and all other tasks assigned or required to keep the shift on schedule.

Duties: - Assist the Front End Manager in managing the Courtesy Clerks and Cashiers.- Perform daily tasks to ensure the Front End is maintaining the proper sense of urgency needed to meet the customer’s needs, in a timely manner.- Deliver money loans from the Accounting Office to registers as needed and ensure the cash flow is properly maintained- Interact w/ and Serve Customers.- Straighten displays throughout the store and make sure that the store is presentable at all times; and that all products are in their proper place and properly maintained, always creating the best first impression.- Create the department’s weekly schedule; maintaining proper Sales and Labor Goals.
