About Jonathan Hewlett
With experience in many areas of business, I started my working life as a Junior Chef at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club in Toronto. Moving back to the UK I then gathered great experiences both in Operational Management and Sales Management in the Conference and Events Industry. In 2000 the leap was made to leave the Marston Hotel Group as a Regional Manager to co-develop Chordiem Limited, which within a couple of years' went from single figures to a multiple 6 figure company, building a great reputation for reliability, creativity and consistent service throughout the UK and beyond. I then purchased Chordiem Ltd outright in 2009, which is when I started to look at business in a completely different light. I've now also developed a new brand from ground level - EventServiceCheck.com, offering the most ethical and transparent online platform for Event Service Providers, Hotels and Venues to showcase their services to a targeted audience of Event Organisers throughout the UK. From all the experienced of business practices gained over the past 35 years I now also offer Mentoring, Training, Coaching and Consultancy on a worldwide scale to help others whatever level they are at.
