As a key member of a rapidly expanding national social security and disability law firm, I've helped the company grow from operating in two states to almost thirty states across the US. I am integral in facilitating a transition from in-house IT to a hosted or cloud-based IT model. I have allowed my company to virtualize and the majority of our users work remotely from their homes and offices around the world. In addition to supporting our user base of over one hundred attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and staff, I also make decisions regarding the future of the IT infrastructure at our firm. I am a founding member of our executive management committee as well as a founding member of our business intelligence and advertising team. As a life-long student, I continue to take courses and participate in training that advances my knowledge in the field of IT and management, as well as further my interest in countless other subjects and disciplines.My intent is to continue to nurture my strong work ethic and desire to learn with the purpose of actively allowing myself, colleagues, friends, family and employers to achieve the goals and success that is in our joint interest. My belief is that the challenges we collectively face in our global environment, community and economy now are crucial stepping stones to our collective advancement and important tasks in the journey to realizing true progress in our future.
