- Benefits Administration: worked with broker to add additional medical carrier to provide employees with additional options and assist in lowering/maintaining company expenditure on insurance premiums, annual benefit renewal process, open enrollment meetings, employee questions, process enrollments/changes, process benefit invoices for approval, maintain current knowledge of all CHF benefit plans, 403b retirement plan administration- Staffing & Recruitment: participate in job requisition, job posting, manage and review incoming resumes/applications, telephone prescreens, schedule and facilitate interviews, process offers, maintain timely communications with candidates, provide timely reports to hiring supervisors- Orientation & Onboarding: consult with supervisors on orientation needs and schedules, prepare new hire packages, prepare and distribute orientation schedule and materials, prepare personnel files, collect and process new hire documentation and electronic records, oversee CHF uniform order processing and records, conduct benefits orientation meetings and process enrollment forms, provide office tour/administrative orientation as needed- Manage CHF's work-study program: coordinate CHF representation and participation in applicable job fairs, interview and select students, coordinate start dates and schedules with CHF supervisors, review and approve invoices, coordinate evaluations- Performance: Revised and relaunched performance evaluation for all staff after the process had been left incomplete for over a year and a half. Manage 90-day review process and participate in processing annual reviews and goals - Reports & Records Management: Create and run various reports; complete and process various HR/employment-related forms; process and track HR documents and files including but not limited to I-9, recruiting, benefit plans, unemployment, accident/OSHA, personnel files, maintain HRIS, track training, and apply required retention policy of documents
