As an alumnus I was nominated by Eckerd College Career Resources Office to partake in this six month leadership program. This program includes seminars that provide insight and interactions with leaders in a specific area of expertise while also informing myself and fellow representatives of the impacts that key economical areas such as tourism and sustainability have on businesses around the Tampa Bay area. The 7 month experience was both exciting and engaging.

Delegating tasks among board members, while simultaneously organizing national chapter events around campus.

Mentored students one-on-one as needed to provide support and manage conlfict resolution. Built a community amongst residents by planning and organizing monthly events. In efforts to improve the Residential Life experience for residents across campus, I collaborated with fellow RA's on experiential learning and problem solving. Consistently I enforced safety and campus policies daily and through on-call duty rounds. Overall the Residential Advisor position benefited me in both personal and work life.
