Jon has in excess of 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Repair Maintenance Improvement (RMI) and in the specialist area of disabled home adaptions. He has worked as a tradesman, business owner and consultant. He founded INCIC in 2012 after working with local Age UKs and eventually partnering with Age UK Bexley and provided a Trade person referral services. Shortly after partnering with Age UK Bexley INCIC applied and successfully became a Government Endorsed TrustMark Scheme operator bringing both Home Adaptations - Elderly & Disabled to the TrustMark listing in March 2013 and Stairlift Installers in November 2015. Part of the process to become a TrustMark scheme operator is to be able to provide access to an insurances backed warranty for its members to offer its customers. After looking at the available options in the market it was decided that a new type of warranty was needed, Jon worked with his partners from the insurance industry to create the IN_Sure warranty. Jon is passionate about reducing red tape and duplication in the Construction industry and RMI. With this in mind he has lead on the development of INCIC software platform which helps to improve supply chain management and has been developed in collaboration with local authorities and Home Improvement Agencies (HIAs).
