Current- Manage and lead the local IT team to support about 550 users in Singapore office.- Overall IT standardization in Singapore office- Develop strong partnerships with regional and global technology team - Policy development and implementation- Defining technical requirements against business case, conduct feasibility studies of solutions in local market- Deployment, adoption and support of global and local IT solutions - Technical due diligence, regular reviews, audit and upgrade of architecture- IT budget planning and expenditure management- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place & tested yearly.- Instrumental in Singapore office being the first AP office to achieved certification for BS7799 (3 years), ISO27001 (3 years). Yearly Sarbanes Oxley Act and GCC audit by WPP and Deloitte and Touche- First AP office to migrate to new Global Gmail platform suite in 2010 plus train users- Provide training on IT needs for users and IT induction for new hires
