Customers transferred 16 billion points in 2015 to their preferred loyalty partners.Core responsibilities include:• Driving strategic projects through the full lifecycle, working with business analysts, developers, testers, marketing, service, legal & compliance teams – on projects that improved User-experience, increased Customer engagement, loyalty and usage of Citi’s credit cards.• Developing business requirements with the business and collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate in both technical and business terms, to drive those projects to market launch.• Managing 3rd party partners to build APIs, backend platforms, technical integrations, customer websites; also working with outsourced local and offshore vendors to deliver marketing, customer service assets and BAU operational support.
