I advise U.S. and foreign-owned U.S. middle market and closely-held businesses on international tax, including foreign tax credit planning, foreign entity formation and classification matters, U.S. international tax reporting, income tax structuring for outbound and inbound business startups, export incentives (FDII, IC-DISC), Controlled Foreign Corporation/Subpart F and GILTI planning, transfer pricing, withholding tax, and related IRS tax controversy matters.
