I've spent 18 years in the QSR/restaurant industry—13 with a Taco Bell Franchisee and 5 at Caribou Coffee—starting as a Team Member and working my way up to District Manager. During this time, I've honed my skills in Operations, Training, and Management. At Caribou Coffee, I helped improve operations and set up effective training programs. My focus on growth and improvement has led me to make meaningful contributions wherever I've worked.At Caribou Coffee, I took on the role of the first Director of U.S. Franchise Operations, where I developed operational frameworks and support systems.With my leadership, Caribou Coffee opened its first U.S. Franchise store in November 2022, kicking off a big expansion plan. I was honored to be named one of QSR Magazine's 25 Young Leaders to Watch in 2023 (Issue #304), and I continue to be dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the industry.
