Service Performance Field Lead
Current• Ensure proper management of scope, schedule and expenses for all appropriate deliverables based on contract type• Based on contractual obligations, ensure proper external KPIs are established with customer, monitored and communicated• Ensure proper internal KPIs are established, monitored and communicated to management including measurement of delivery, profitability, resource utilization• Ensure site team and remote support network is:o well defined, engaged with the site, and achieving goalso implementing technology and processes with precision and speed following standard ways of workingo delivering and documenting cost savingso developing and documenting case history success stories and opportunities for improvement o driving regular operations reviews with customers to present successes / challenges and promote teamwork / buy ino leveraging service business to grow core bearing businesso establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with clients by providing exemplary service, strong customer rapport and a professional corporate imageo engaging with third party rebuilders to influence best practices used at shops for precision state rebuildso only performing activities which comply with corporate policies and procedures, relevant acts, legal and professional standards and the Code of Conduct• Present strategic, tactical, and technical information to team and customer as required• Assist in the recruitment and development of new staff as required• Manage and coach direct reports to help improve performance of themselves and their teams
