Jon began his career in service with NORDAM Aerospace in 1999. He transitioned to the medical device service industry with Innovatus’ legacy organization, WETSCO Inc., in 2005 starting in quality assurance. Jon’s experience in quality management systems, lean initiatives, Six Sigma, and business administration enabled him to transition to Operations Manager. Since 2017, Jon has been the General Manager of Innovatus’ Center of Excellence for Ultrasound Probe Repair. His most rewarding accomplishments surround developing high-quality cost-effective customer-centric solutions, implementing operational efficiencies, and building a collaborative, team-based, corporate culture.
