Jonathan was called to the Bar in 2012. He has a general commercial practice, with a particular interest in company law, insolvency law, and contractual disputes.Prior to joining the Bar, Jonathan practiced as an attorney at Deneys Reitz Inc. (now Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa), where he specialised in mergers & acquisitions and cross-border finance.During his time at Deneys Reitz Inc., Jonathan was involved in various fields of cross-border finance, including structured finance, asset finance and commodity finance.
