In my role at DNB's mortgage department, I have been assisting customers through various channels to help them make changes to their mortgages. This has involved analyzing different scenarios and models to determine the best options for the customer's financial situation. Additionally, I have made assessments regarding the customer's mortgage rates to ensure they are getting the best deal possible.One of my primary goals has been to create a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. I have strived to communicate effectively with customers, provide them with helpful information, and address any questions or concerns they may have had.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I have also participated in various training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations. This has allowed me to better serve customers by providing them with accurate and relevant information.Overall, my role at DNB's mortgage department has been focused on providing excellent customer service, analyzing complex financial information, and helping customers navigate the often-challenging world of home loans. As a child coach for a group of children born in 2008, I have trained them in various track and field disciplines, utilizing my background as a top-level athlete in the sport. Working with these young athletes has been a rewarding experience, and I have enjoyed sharing my knowledge and passion for the sport with them.My approach to coaching has been to create a fun and engaging environment where the children can develop their skills while also having a good time. I have worked with them on running techniques, jumping, throwing, and overall fitness, tailoring the training sessions to their individual abilities and needs.Drawing from my own experiences as a top-level athlete, I have been able to offer valuable insights and advice on how to succeed in the sport. I have emphasized the importance of dedication, hard work, and discipline, as well as the need for rest and recovery to prevent injury and burnout.As a child coach, I have also recognized the importance of fostering a positive team dynamic and encouraging sportsmanship and respect for one another. I have sought to instill a sense of camaraderie among the children, helping them to develop a supportive and encouraging attitude towards one another.Overall, coaching these young athletes has been a fulfilling experience, and I have enjoyed watching them develop their skills and passion for the sport.
