Current• Lead recruiter for talent acquisition team focused on sourcing and guiding candidates through interview process for roles within the Amazon Shopping organization. • Currently supporting an array of both technical and non-technical roles.• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate an efficient interview process for potential candidates as well as meeting the needs of the business.• Understand leveling from entry level to leadership positions in order to correctly identify and place quality candidates for long term success.• Hosting weekly office hours to answer questions and educate team members on best practice recruiting and sourcing. • Project lead for creating Diversity Equity & Inclusion training, sourcing and implementation for Shopping team.• Work cross functionally with several teams within the larger organization to create and rebrand the individual landing pages for 8 teams across Amazon International Stores.• Partner with Amazon Prime Video media team to produce team testimonials from VP level to entry level; showcasing day in the life experiences of exciting projects and provide insight to interested candidates. • Piloted the Study Buddy candidate prep program which connected final round software developer candidates with current Software Developers, Principal Technical Program Managers, Software Development Managers providing insight on daily life at Amazon from a first-hand technical perspective while also proving understanding on coding expectations for final round interview. The Study Buddy Program was rolled out org wide after proving successful.• Piloted the Decoder candidate prep program centered around candidates preparing for Amazon’s technical assessment by connecting them software developers who recently took the assessment. This program gave new developers the amiability to mentor candidates and bridge the gap between candidates and new hires.
