• Daily point of contact for domestic and international external audits and reviews.• Oversees the month-end close process for 28 entities and four reporting currencies (USD, CAD, GBP and HKD). • Prepare internal financial statements including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and various budget reports.• Administer and assist in report creation for the Company’s accounting system (Oracle Fusion) payroll system (Paycom), banking system (CashPro) and franchisee reporting system (ZeeWise). • Conducts monthly budget review with department leadership.• Enforce and assist in the creation of the Company’s policies, procedures and controls. • Manage various franchisee and vendor relationships.• Lead and manage a team of five professionals including selection, hiring, training, objective setting, performance management, and coaching.• Manage domestic and international cash flows including performing various treasury functions. • Helps build software reporting platforms with vendors for our international franchisees.
