This lead me to Texas A&M where I graduated with my Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. This field gives me the opportunity to follow my passion of providing solutions to problems in the workplace resulting in increased job performance and satisfaction.I am passionate about organizational development and believe that any organization can reveal untapped potential in their talent.
