• Lead national growth and expansion workstreams for charter school network serving 6,500+ students in five regions with plans to grow enrollment to 11,000 students by 2022 per our Federal Charter School Program Replication Grant goal.• Create systems for performing due diligence on viability of expansion opportunities including development of a growth scorecard and a budget forecasting model. • Engage and build relationships with community and education leaders, elected officials, and charter authorizers in existing and potential growth regions.• Support new and turnaround school startup by serving as a liaison between school leader and central office on management of pre-opening tasks. • Develop pipeline of executive director and school leadership candidates for potential expansion opportunities.

• Manage the design and execution of overall talent recruitment strategy for 1,000+ employee charter school network, including 700+ teachers across 21 schools in five regions.• Develop and implement recruitment and selection process for teachers and staff resulting in an interview to offer rate of 52%, offer acceptance rate of 83%, and 79% of employees receiving offers to return after one year.• Work closely with senior network leadership and school leaders to identify and address organizational talent needs including the creation and evolution of staffing models and projections, performance measurement tools, compensation scales, and succession plans.• Serve as a thought partner and advisor to network and school leaders on engaging, managing, and retaining top talent for individual network teams and schools.• Design and execute national branding and marketing strategies aimed at attracting high performers through development of online campaigns, promotional videos, referral incentives, targeted outreach to individuals, professional development workshops, and information sessions.• Develop, test, tweak, and systematize talent frameworks including applicant tracking system, video interview system, sample lesson process, candidate tasks, offer letters, and new hire onboarding procedures. • Create systems to collect and analyze talent data to inform overall process design, talent sourcing strategy, and talent budget and resource allocation.• Directly responsible for sourcing, recruitment, and selection process design for senior leadership, school leadership, and school leadership training program positions.• Manage team of ten recruitment staff to deliver on overall talent recruitment goals.
