I successfully created and launched a national Quality program focusing on key workstreams: OSP Construction, MxU Construction, Drop Construction, and In-Home Installations. I also authored the Ting standards for Drop Construction, In-Home Installation, Preventative Maintenance, Network Locates, and Active Infrastructure, setting consistent quality and performance guidelines.To ensure these standards were effectively implemented, I developed comprehensive training decks for OSP Construction, MxU Construction, Drop Construction, Preventative Maintenance, In-Home Installation, Locates, Active Infrastructure, Forced Relocation, and Outside Plant Damage. These materials transformed the documented standards into a visual, photo-based format for ease of use by vendors and internal technicians, enabling successful completion of their workstreams.Additionally, I introduced the Forced Relocation and Outside Plant Damage processes, allowing Ting to efficiently seek reimbursement. I standardized data collection through a Utility Strike documentation process, improving incident management when damages occurred to other facilities.In support of network protection and reimbursement, I implemented the Locate Governance process to enhance the Outside Plant Damage process, achieving higher reimbursement rates while preserving network integrity. Finally, I launched an invoice tracking system to provide stakeholders with clear insights into weekly and monthly spending, improving financial visibility.
