Within Accenture’s Retail and Supply Chain Workforce Optimization practice, I successfully led and completed the following:- Led installation of Red Prairie labor management system and performance management program across 8 distribution centers at the leading retailer of automotive replacement parts and accessories in the US. - Design and implemented a Performance Management program responsible for training over 150 Supervisor, Managers and Directors and improving performance for over 4,000 associates across the entire distribution network.- Led successful Lean / 5-S implementation in retail distribution center improving work environment, work methods and overall end-to-end workflow.- Implemented new labor line balances to meet the increased volume demand of a top heavy truck manufacturer.- Implemented updated Engineered Labor Standards and Incentive design at a top US tire manufacturer.
