My chosen career path is Architectural Technology, as this allows me to get to grips with many disciplines within the construction industry. I'm driven by a want to understand the world around me, and I see it as a grand exercise in problem solving, simultaneously considering many different elements and practises to create a contained environment.The course of my life and the sum of my experiences help me achieve intense periods of concentration, precision, and dexterity. I'm inquisitive, and eager not just to learn, but to understand what I'm learning. I work well with others, and try to be helpful and respectful to my co-workers.The course at Sheffield Hallam is a multidisciplinary course with emphasis on the design stage. I’ve always liked maths and science, so enjoy the technical side, and my background in art is helpful regarding the design process.
