Prepared and implemented the capital budget for the department. Coordinated needs and wants of the recreation and senior services divisions. Supervised 20 employees. Managed Warehouse, Paint Shop, Building Maintenance, and Vehicle Repair Shop.

Designed Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant sites throughout New England. Designed Standpipe and pump station sites and access. Designed Parks & Recreation facilities, US Air Force Officers Club/PX facilities, and Office/Industrial Parks. Master planned college campus improvements and City Streetscapes. Constructed utilities, roads, parking lots. Installed 15 miles of AT&T cable through backyards of Washington D.C. and 33 miles of AT&T cable down the middle of the Massachusetts Turnpike. Consistently worked on a 50% to 100% profit margin.
