CoE was established in October 2010 where I was responsible for PPV & spend analysis and also the spare parts system for 4 Cork Pfizer sites. In April 2011 I was lead CoE representative on the roll out of the European CoE. It involved travelling to multiple sites in Europe documenting their processes and rolling out the new CoE processes. This role lasted for 7 months. Since December I have resumed my role as a business analyst.
