A sister brand to Dayglow coffee, Niteglow aims to craft memorable, non-fussy beers with an emphasis on local terroir and drinkability.

Successfully opened during the pandemic. Ran all brewery operations on 5-bbl brewpub system with a bit of self distribution. Built social media following to 8K followers on IG in 1 year of operations. Helped produce events and programming with non-profits and bi-annual festivals in coordination with building ownership and resident tenants. Responsible for creating and maintaining brand strategy & building awareness online and on- premise.

Responsible for all brewery related cellar and packaging responsibilities, working on a 30bbl production system with clean beer styles and barrel aged, mixed culture beers. Helped out in taproom bartending when needed.

Server in 250 cap taproom of 300,000 sqft production facility with a 1.2 million bbl/yr output. Also volunteered on bottling line and helped out at off premise events when needed.

Food server, expediter and lead trainer at multiple locations.

Helped managers at multiple locations train and lead staff through busy shifts. Helped with food prep, pizza making, customer service and building staff morale.

Food expeditor for locally established, community oriented and farm-to-table family run restaurant.
