Jonathan was called to the Bar in 2021 and joined ALSC Chambers in 2022 after being called to the Bar and serving pupillage with Mr Hectar Pun SC, Mr Kamlesh Sadhwani, Mr Jonathan Kwan, Mr Edward Poon and Mr Earl Deng.Prior to joining the Bar, Jonathan has completed his master’s study at University College London (UCL), where he obtained distinction scores in Restitution of Unjust Enrichment, Aspects of National Security Law, and Global Competition and Litigation. Jonathan is developing a broad civil and criminal practice in all areas of Chambers’ work, with a particular focus on public law and commercial and chancery matters. He also has experience in advising or assisting on matters related to, amongst others, contract, fraud and asset recovery, land, building management, defamation, employment, disciplinary proceedings and insolvency matters.
