• Installed Small cell nodes on wood telephone poles using either the strand or installing an Arm on the telephone pole• Installed T-Mobile Macro• Installed AT&T Macro• Collected all COP photos required for completion of build.• Tested grounds of radios using a Megger tester• Set Azimuths of antennas using Theodolite app, and Sunsight Azimuth tool• Spliced copper 25/50/100 pair cable at various locations within run to supply power to radios.• Utilized down converters to turn -380v DC power to -54v DC Power• Installed power supplies and prepped meter for SCE power up.• Tested Coax utilizing Anritsu Sweepmaster and compiled sweeps using Line Sweep Tools• Assisted underground, aerial, ISP crews when needed.• Preached safety and taught it to other groundman that worked with me during my time as a foreman• Taught groundman SOW, tools required for the job, proper lane closures and all above tasks
