PROFILEIse Jonathan Adoga is an experienced field man and a global farmer that has worked very closely with farms, Input companies, Agro dealers and farmers. With over 15 years’ experience in Engineering and Agriculture, working as a Engineer Trainee, Agronomist, Site Engineer, Project Lead, field coordinator with Syngenta Nigeria Limited, Oakwood Rye Farms, CSS, MADE, PIND, Fadama III and project consultant to several Integrated farm projects in Nigeria.15,000 smallholder farmers were trained on Good Agricultural practices (GAP) over a period of 18months where a Total sales of 25 million was recorded.He holds a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering from University of Agriculture, Makurdi Benue state. He has worked with Harvestfield Industries, Bayer, Candel in various capacities, interviewing Agro dealers, Facilitate linkage and deeper engagement of input companies, Agro dealers and farmers across the six geo-political region of Nigeria at different period. He has understanding of farm machinery and power operations, value addition, Land development and Water resources, Structures and environment. He and his team of Engineers have constructed several Dams and Reservoirs across Nigeria. Strengthened farmers-oriented input distribution scheme that embeds Good Agricultural Practices into the production and selling process of agricultural inputs, applying theoretical assimilations and practical strengths.
