About Jonathan Islas

My responsibilities included to coach and supervise as well as review the hourly payroll for up to 14 agents working for an AT&T vendor, ACT, attendance, performance, approve adjustments to customers and agent´s timecards was a huge part of the supervising tasks, with a total of over 1 year of management experience, I also worked 2 years as a customer service and sales representative, working for the toughest project the site has, Uverse Blue. With a graduate bachelor’s degree equivalent in languages teaching and 5 years of teaching experience which provided me a series of learning experiences in other areas which will be of really good use at this position.As stated here I worked within a high-volume customer-support call center for AT&T a major telecommunications carrier and a satellite television services provider. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 25 to 30 calls per day and 350.00 in revenue per agent.In addition to this experience, I gained considerable administrative experience helping my supervisor on his daily tasks such as documenting his coaching sessions he had with his agents as a team leader.I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
