Account Manager
Current- Established productive, professional relationships with assigned customer accounts, dealing with day to day enquiries as well problems and queries they may have.
- Actively identify sales leads with existing clients to ensure my customer accounts maintain and exceed expected spend.
- Proactively assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis by running various customer trend reports as well as looking at customer order histories.
- Up-sell when applicable by having a wide range of product knowledge.
- Visit customers on a regular basis to maintain and develop positive working relationships.
- Source new business by cold-calling and using other resources such as LinkedIn.
